Hmm, what about when it's intentional like that?
Cursory glance seems to show that for most of them, the tag is inapplicable, even if valid. This one should probably have a different tag. Is there a tag for nipples/whatever in really, really weird locations? Like on say, an arm or back or head. XD Flowers oddly enough are analogous to reproductive organs AND certain glands like those used to make milk?

Unusual nipple placement might apply to that? Rarest damn fetish. Unusual nipples doesn't apply as they're not say, vine-nipples or the infamous (at least@E-H IRC channel) dicknipples. Another non-baiting (at least of the artist) tag: unusual_breast_placement

Unusual_*_placement sounds perfect to me!
I kinda don't think these wandering tags should be aliased to unusual placement though, just the applicable posts like the bulbasaur manually moved... but I'm not positive. What do you think?

I was really, really tired. I was running in circles trying to focus on that 6-part BUR and this also slipped my mind to check. Thanks for remembering to check the implication tree! A tag for more extreme (and likely intentional) examples would be fun to have around, but yeah these tags need to go. Some of these aren't even that bad anatomically, just incorrect physics.

I feel like this should be a separate vote, there's not really any precedent for attaching an unusual_* tag to an anatomical feature that, albeit uncommon, exists in real life.

Not gonna approve that one as almost every use of that tag is for marsupials, which is anatomically correct to have balls above their penis, so it's not "unusual" for them.
