remove alias mewpan (798) -> ipan (6)

Reason: ipan is an artist name I created as a kid and no longer use nor will use in the future.

I'm not sure what you intend to accomplish here, or why you created multiple separate BURs.
This isn't going to prevent the usage of the ipan name. It'll just remove automatic redirects from the alternate names.

Is there a way to remove ipan then? I don't use nor go by that artistname anymore. I hope there's a way to set Mewpan as the default or set it as the only option.

They want to use mewpan, so both ipan (here) and mewpony (topic #39504 and topic #39505) need to be unaliased and realiased
I suppose the requirement of unaliasing both wasn't stated at first, and the ability to edit the BUR isn't obvious
