Reason:
Penis_through_bed and bunk_bed_glory_hole have both been in use for an identical purpose, and both have very few posts.
All bunk_bed_glory_hole images contain a bunk_bed and a glory_hole.
Massage_table_glory_hole was a tag I started using to match bunk_bed_glory_hole but I realized it was too specific since posts like post #2957093 have the same setup without being describable as a massage_table.

EDIT: I realize now we also have a milking_table tag in use, which is being misused in situations where bunk_bed_glory_hole would be more accurate, but does already serve the purpose of the table tags I'm proposing. Update request has been edited, with implications to merge my tagging messup into milking_table in case anyone else makes the same mistake.
