An alias might've been better.

Woops I fixed the tags a few days ago when I noticed the mispelling with only around a page of posts with the typo, didn't see someone had brought it up here. The issue I think stemmed that it was a typo in the updated wiki changing it from the old adult_spyro tag that was used. I fixed the typo in the spyro wiki so it probably won't come up again

Aliasing doesn’t remove the original though right? When I submitted the bulk update I was trying to remove the misspelled tag outright.

Anyways pc-king manually updated all the instances (thanks for that) so the request became redundant and I cancelled it.

It's the other way around. Aliasing makes it so you can't add the tag that was aliased away.

Mass update doesn't remove the original, so both can still be separately used.
