Reason: I think these two tags are synonymous, I don't think there's really a such thing as wetting somebody else - that would just be peeing_on_another.

I wonder if there is a possible argument with it being aliases to omorashi instead, but the wiki for that says it’s used for the kink and desperation aspect of it, and not the actual meaning of the word, which basically means an accident.

A lot of good BURs being self-rejected lately, and ones not even caught in the _(disambiguation) fight. Do we need to recreate them? I'm starting to see a reason why alias/implication requests previously couldn't be self-rejected.
