Reason: These two are largely similar in terms of theme. I don't think there's enough distinction.

Firstly, the two are significantly different, conceptually. living_sex_toy is much broader and generally more "out there" than living_sex_doll, so I can see why plenty of people would search one and not the other. Secondly, aliasing onto a more specific tag is just a bad idea. People searching for just living_sex_doll would be inundated with sentient dildos, buttplugs and fleshlights that clearly don't fit the tag.

I will say, though, the tags for this niche seem somewhat disconnected, so a BUR may be in order here.
