penis_tip is for only when the penis tip is visible (poking out from a sheath or slit or clothing or something), but a penis tip being pink doesn't mean the rest of the penis isn't also visible.

Small correction, penis tip doesn't apply when the tip of a penis is poking out of clothing, poking out is used for that instead.
could pink_penis_tip be aliased to pink_penis instead?
