The tag alias #63850 metalockdown_(artist) -> caracalpilot_(artist) has been rejected.
Reason: Same artist, different name https://caracalpilot.carrd.co/
EDIT: The tag alias metalockdown_(artist) -> caracalpilot_(artist) (forum #375359) has been rejected by @slyroon.

On that page, only FA has the metalockdown name. Instagram, Twitter, Piczel, Toyhouse, and Trello all use the caracalpilot name. Most likely this is a case of "can't change names on FA".
Then why wasn't it taken care of back then with that much support from you and two other janitors?

BUR, Alias, and Implication approvals have slowed down to a crawl, haven't ya heard? And of course things get glossed over very frequently.

Janitors don't handle these requests, it's all on the admins.
Since BUR #3559 (forum topic #36110) has been approved, this alias can probably be rejected.
