Reason: The game backbone has had its name changed to tails noir, so I thought it might be necessary to have a new alias to allow for both to be seen.

Reason: The original creator doesn't seem around anymore, so I'll implement my suggested edit here. "Tails Noir" is a plenty unique name, it doesn't need the suffix.

While we're here, might as well tie together the related tags as well. The backbone (series) tag is unnecessary since there are only two games, and one's a direct prequel to the other (so nearly all the same characters).

I don't think we need to alias tails_noir_(game) to tails_noir
