dock should be disambiguated since it also means a pier or jetty, and there have been a fair number of mistags from it.

Should be, but the staff already chose to rule against that. Therefore I'm left with no choice but to +1 this.

It was suggested 6 years ago, but only rejected about a year ago, when a bunch of disambiguations were rejected and pool was left in a weird limbo state, we were supposed to get some further clarification but that never really happened beyond a single post.

I’m generally against disambiguations unless they’re really necessary, but this one might actually be really necessary. This one gets confused a lot.
