Actually I don't get the definition of threading. <orifice>_threading means it penetrates/enters the body through the <orifice>, but can it exit anywhere, or only through another specific orifice (oral threading requires through the mouth out the anus)

Yeah oral threading and anal threading have those specific exits defined in their wiki pages, but going through the tags that's not quite how they're used practically. There's mismatched threading to cover unusual cases and there's stuff like vaginal threading and urethral threading as well, where there's no 'default' exit.

From usage it looks to me like it should be defined only by where the thread enters, so I've updated the anal threading and oral threading wiki pages to reflect that.
