Reason: Bringing some tags in line with the general urination -> peeing and defecation -> pooping aliases, I already cleaned up the smaller ones.

honestly it might be better to just invalidate public_urination/public_peeing and public_defecation/public_pooping, those can easily be found with a two-tag search.

Naw, better to alias, since it is less confusing to taggers. Anyways, someone made sure they were all accurate when tagging, so there's that as well.
You should also add peeing_in_public and pooping_in_public to that alias.
