remove implication cum_flooding (566) -> hyper_cum (2257)

Reason: Hyper cum is relative to the character providing it.
While cum flooding is relative to the scene/landscape.

One way the implication falls apart is when a sufficiently large macro is part of the picture. Since relative to the character the amount of cum in the picture can be completely realistic for their size. _{(Barring the fact that the character themselves is literally unrealistically large... But that has nothing to do with if it is hyper_cum or not, similar to why we shouldn't tag hyper_penis just because it is a macro character.)}

The implication can likewise fall apart in other situations where no individual character in the image is shown living up to the requirements for hyper_cum to be relevant as a tag. Like if someone draws something akin to the great beer flood of 1814, but with cum of course.

I however do understand why cum flooding currently implicates hyper cum, after all most posts involving cum flooding usually sees some exceptionally pent up character painting the town by themselves. _{But that line of thinking is like saying that the tag Fox should imply red_fur, since foxes very often have red fur after all.}
