Alternatively I guess it could be renamed urine_desperation, since we use urine for the noun and peeing for the verb? Urine_desperation sounds kinda weird though.

I do think it should have a more generally-understandable term, but I'm not sure if that's the one I'd go for.

I'm on the fence with this one. Understandable English words are nice, but it's also almost exclusively how the fetish is named. We'd basically have to invent a new name for it, which isn't exactly user friendly either.

Kinda on the same lines as bukkake, though that's a much more popular example.

Potentially reverse the alias, since omorashi is the more established term, and people who don't exactly know the name might be able to stumble across it?

I'm into this fetish and while omorashi is much much more common, "pee desperation" definitely isn't unheard of, I see it used somewhat often too

At some point we really need to do something about the base desperation tag, which is just nonsense at this point: topic #31420
