Implicating shiny_pokemon → alternate_color

The tags speak for themselves, especially if you've been around the series as long as I have.
If not, Shiny Pokémon are rare alternate colorations of their originally colored counterparts. That occurs in 1 in 8,192 encounters (or 1 in 4096 as of Gen VI).

Note: This should actually be shiny_pokémon.
Probably -1 on the implication though. Alternate_color is primarily used for non-canon coloring while shiny_pokémon refers to a rare but very specific canon coloring.

Denied because the alternate_color tag is for non-canon color schemes of canon characters, and shiny_pokémon is still canon color schemes of canon characters, just rare.
