The tag alias #64908 small_top_big_bottom -> larger_penetrated is pending approval.

If there is one thing we should learn from the age_difference fiasco, it is that we should be moving away from comparative tags like larger_penetrated in general as they will always be commonly misused. English speakers are apparently incapable of not seeing the comparative version of an adjective as a synonym for that adjective.

small_top_big_bottom is a much less ambiguous name for this concept. We could also move to smaller_penetrating_larger as suggested in the previous thread.

Larger_penetrated would have to be aliased to it, and given all the aliases and implications it already has, should be done with a normal alias request like this (as opposed to multiple BURs). In which case, it may be better to apply this alias followed by a larger_penetrated -> smaller_penetrating_larger alias, as it would all end up going to go to that anyway.
