teasing_viewer is additionally predicate on dialogue ("Do not add if there's no dialogue." / "involving dialogue") - should it imply that as well? Not sure what the usual implication relationship is for "un-obvious" predicates.
(Could be that taggers add teasing_viewer without realizing it's to do with dialogue, so dialogue is added implicitly, and later someone else correctly removes teasing_viewer but misses removing dialogue. OTOH edit reverts / diffs handle that cleanly if taggers are checking a post's tag history alongside its tag list.)
