The tag implication #52995 sam_(zootopia) -> zootopia has been rejected.

Reason: The tag just doesn't have any implications yet. Obviously the character is from Zootopia+, so in my opinion the character tag would do right to imply that.

In addition, the zootopia+ tag does not yet imply disney or zootopia, and I believe it should at least for the former.
