Disagree. read: wrapped_condom as "condom wrapper".

If we implicate unused_condom, it will be harder to distinguish between a condom that is in packaging, or out. I think these should stay separate.

further with your other implication request of unused_condom -> condom It will be harder for users to distinguish between a condom that isn't, or is/was, in use-- where normally I think users probably search "condom" expecting to see examples of characters (interacting) using or having used them. Although strictly speaking an unused condom is indeed a condom. A wrapped condom, is technically just visible packaging and not the actual condom visible itself and I think we should tag according to this.

The way condom is used right now seems to include wrapped condoms. It seems easier to just search condom -unused_condom than to have to remove the condom tag from every single post where the condom is still in the wrapper. And as far as I'm aware, candy is still tagged as candy even if it is still in the wrapper so I don't see why condoms should be different.
Plus there are other tags such as wearing condom for when a condom is in use, and filled condom which has had used_condom aliased to it.
