Reason: Merging the two existing Tarzan franchise tags and adding character implications. It's a slightly messy situation bc there are like a hundred different Tarzan franchises, but the Disney one is the only one to have art on here that I can see.

I'm fine with having the Disney version of this being the main copytag, but I'm not so sure about having character tags without attached disambiguations implied directly to said tag.

Just because it's currently all disney art here doesn't mean there won't be non-disney tarzan art someday in the future

I'm gonna say no. Tarzan and the various associated characters are not owned by Disney per-se. Tarzan is a public domain character, and therefore only the interpretation published by Disney can be owned by Disney. If you're that concerned, I'd just go in and edit the tags that are there to the correct property.
