The tag implication #53140 lithograph -> traditional_media_(artwork) has been rejected.

Reason: Lithographs are by definition traditional media, being a way of making prints, so pretty self-explanatory.

"Lithograph" should also be made a meta tag to bring it in line with other medium tags such as "oil painting (artwork)".

Only issue is that this doesn't follow the format of all the other media tags, so it should be lithograph_(artwork) instead. I'm not sure the suffix is actually needed for most of them, but I would rather this not be the only one without a suffix.
