The bulk update request #6025 is pending approval.

create alias 2_eyes (0) -> invalid_tag (-9)
create alias 2_ears (0) -> invalid_tag (-9)

Reason: are those tags necessary and casual? same reason for aliasing white teeth because it's an extremely common, default, and obvious trait following this logic
also helped by 2_arms and 2_legs are aliased to be invalid.

Should it instead be aliased to eyes? Directing to that tag, instead of invalid_tag would be better.

The same should be done for ears, but it has been aliased to invalid_tag already

I'm not sure. The reason for eyes being in the invalid category is because it can be a mistype for something like eyes closed or brown eyes (a space instead of an underscore), so someone could see the tag and fix it. But if someone tags 2_eyes, it's pretty clear what they meant and there's nothing to fix, it just shouldn't be tagged. The only reason I could think of is if it was a typo for 3_eyes, but I don't think it's necessary to make it leave eyes in the Invalid category to notice a tag like that missing.
