Reason: cum_through is a fairly popular fetish tag with a few little brothers, and I believe it is time to have them properly tied together and cross-referencing its cousins (namely inflation and all_the_way_through). "Filled through" seems to me like the most natural way of avoiding the "yes but poop isn't a fluid" issue, as well as lexically tying it to inflation, which is very often paired with it.

The "through" part will likely need to be properly defined in the wiki, both with regards to here and ATWT. At the moment, I'm leaning towards using "the loose idea of 'the other end'" as the guiding principle, to fully cement the idea than mouth <-> ass isn't the only way this can go.

I guess these could be considered ambiguous; we do have a lot of commonly used tags around that are too short to avoid ambiguity (the various bulge tags come to mind). At the same time, given how cum through clothing is by nature more specific, that might be a non-issue, similar to predator/prey relationship tags with regards to vore use of "pred" and "prey".

I'm open to name suggestions for potential aliases, but I don't have any good ideas for replacement names right now.
