create alias no_dialogue (0) -> invalid_tag (1)

Reason: This tag is identical in function to -dialogue, so it’s essentially useless.

I don’t know why only the even more incorrect version with a dash instead of an underscore is populated, but invalidating that one will likely result in people using the more proper underscore version instead, so I’m aliasing away both. Also, the underscore version has seen plenty of use in its lifetime regardless.
