change category webcomic_character (0) -> invalid

Reason: We do not tag characters by medium. character_from_animated_feature_film and video_games have both been invalidated for this reason. There's no reason for tags like webcomic_character to stay; there may also be others like it that I haven't spotted yet, but it, with over 20k posts, is the one I keep running into.

My mistake. The reason I'd hidden it was because it was already an existing request, as Faucet pointed out.
