Hmm, do you think that's worth changing? I'm not sure that's a distinction worth drawing, and in practice it often isn't..

breast shot = consistently applied to a very close cropped image of a character's torso, or upper torso, entirely focused on the breasts to the exclusion of almost anything else, the character's face should either not be shown at all, or at most, the mouth is visible.

breast focus = a little looser, a shot that shows the character's upper body, face, with the angle or the character's pose calling attention to their breasts
