Reason: Autobreastfeeding has no wiki_page and means the same thing as self_suckle, i.e. sucking one's own nipple from their own breast.

I would say make this an implication. When I read the wiki for self suckle and then the term autobreastfeeding, I interpret that as self suckle + lactation.

Breastfeeding doesn't need visible lactation, so autobreastfeeding shouldn't either making it the same as self_suckle. Not sure if the alias should be reversed or not, but it makes sense to alias them together either way.
