Reason: All of these are tails of some variety. I support merging mouse and rat tails together due to their extreme similarities, with equine tail having a similar reason for my suggestion

Most if not all of these should just be aliased into their closest equivalent species. The wiki definition of "Characters that appear almost entirely human, but have a tail like a X." will never be widely understood. These tags will be rampantly misused no matter how much cleanup they have. Some other tag with a clearer name should be used for that, if any.

raccoon_tail is also the bane of my existence because while it's not extremely common, there is a recurring trend of people using it instead of coontail_hair when they mean the latter.
