Reason: Same logic as post #392530
Despite speaking English, she is consistently referred to in Japanese name order (Hakos Baelz) in all official English accounts and by fans. To English-speakers, it is the official and most-recognizable name. It's also worth mentioning that, with the exception of Amelia Watson, all the English-language Hololive members on e6 use the Japanese name order, as reflected in their fanbase and official materials: Mori_Calliope, Ninomae_Ina'nis, Takanashi_Kiara, Gawr_Gura, ceres_fauna, nanashi_mumei, ouro_kronii, tsukumo_sana. Hatsune_Miku uses Japanese name order as well, because it's the one used by official English-language materials and by fans. It's my understanding that e621 defaults to English name order, but unlike "Ikari Shinji," Inugami Korone is the official and most-used name in English.
Use in official English sources:

Googling "hakos baelz" returns 1,960,000 results, "baelz hakos" only 55,900.
I will add a description similar to inugami_korone after approval.
