The tag implication #60993 small_tail -> short_tail has been rejected.

Reason: Not sure what the difference is supposed to be, I think it would be better if it were one tag

i am pretty sure there are small tails, but not short by the level of length.

Short tails can still be notably thick/wide. While small tail is just that: small.
