Reason: There are certain (mostly newer) characters associated with league_of_legends that aren't implied to associate with league_of_legends, this BUR tries to fix that.

There might be few character tags that don't yet exists, I can either try and find art associated with said characters or if it's fine to leave it as is for future proofing.
