The tag alias #69374 unknown_character -> character_request is pending approval.

Reason: Reverse of topic #43778.

character_request:

Characters that have a name but require identification.

This tag should be used if you know that the character is named but you can't recall it, or if you don't know their English name.

unknown_character:

Posts with this tag include a character, or characters, whose name is possibly unknown to the uploader or any other user. This comes into use when a user may be able to identify the character(s) on display.

Personally I think the reverse would be better, but...

I might reject the above and suggest the reverse though because I feel like character_request is better as it clarifies that if possible the character should be tagged more upfront I feel?
