remove implication ribbon_bondage (1623) -> bondage (115767)

Reason: Bondage isn't supposed to be used for non-sexual posts, as it implies BDSM. This is why it implies bound and not the other way around. Ribbon bondage means being bound by ribbons, but doesn't necessarily mean it qualifies as bondage by our definition.

The current implication leads to scenarios like this where either the valid ribbon_bondage tag needs to be removed or bdsm left on a safe-rated post where it doesn't apply.

It isn't inherently bondage in the sense of bondage being fetishized binding, which is e621's definition of the bondage tag. It usually is, but one can be bound with ribbons in a non-fetish context, especially with Pokemon like Sylveon.

It could be renamed to bound_by_ribbons if the terminology is actually an issue here, though. Or could have a separate tag for non-sexual ribbon binding but I'm not sure if we're getting too specific/redundant at that point. Or if bound ribbons is enough on its own and these posts should just have ribbon_bondage removed.

I don't have a specific opinion one way or the other, despite my initial suggestion.
