remove alias opencanvas (0) -> sketch_page (5312)
Reason: This is an 8 year old alias: topic #15148
Opencanvas is an art program. The reasoning given was that people used to tag sketch pages as opencanvas here, because some sketch pages were made in opencanvas? Anyway, I don't think this alias holds up today. We have art program tags now, and will need this tag if pieces are uploaded that were made in opencanvas. (and if I can locate the sketch pages that were made in opencanvas...)
