Somehow, I don't think that would actually help.

If there's a penis-like bulge in an otherwise female looking character's pants/panties/skirt etc. then you tag it as a dickgirl.
If the same is true, and you can see a vagina in the image as well you tag herm.

Exclusive case:
If Tits + Visible cock-like-appendage -> tag Dickgirl
