Reason: None of the other [shape]_tag tags are populated, and these two are used almost exclusively as synonyms for collar tags. The few exceptions (example 1, example 2) probably shouldn't have been tagged as such in the first place (due to the confusion of the same term being used to mean different things) but obviously will need to be cleaned out before this goes live.
