Topic: Tag alias: rude -> Rude_(disambiguation)

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

The tag alias #70351 rude -> rude_(disambiguation) has been rejected.

Reason: It seems to be a "vibes" tag so there isn't an obvious shared thing to alias it away to. Some images have profanity or a character doing a gesture like a middle_finger while others just have a mischievous or angry expression or edgy clothing.

EDIT: The tag alias rude -> rude_(disambiguation) (forum #404878) has been rejected by @slyroon.

-1 because iirc that's not what disambig tags are for, they're for when a word has multiple possible meanings, like straw_(disambiguation) (could mean hay or drinking_straw).
I believe this type of this should be moved to the invalid category?

I honestly wouldn't mind keeping it around either, maybe after a little cleanup. But wouldn't be sad to see it go if others don't like it

yeah invalid would probably be better i always forget that's even a thing.

i think a lot of the stuff tagged as rude can be moved to humiliation from what i saw looking at the tag.

I think it does have multiple possible meanings, they're just called other things. A lot are rude language (profanity is used instead), rude gestures, rude behavior (other more specific tags exist for this), or a rude attitude (facial expression or fashion should be tagged instead). But invalid also works.

I identified quite a few things that it's used for, no idea if tags exist for most of these things or not.

I don't really have any preference on invalidation or disambiguation, they're ultimately the same thing.
