Yeah, treat the IDs like telephone numbers. There can be many people named John Smith.

That's the case with Park. At least one person from Pixiv shared the same name, and have an artist tag here.
Twitter usernames are a little better coz you can't share the same username, and it's still more recognizable than random numbers.
(except when they decided to make their username contain only random numbers)
