Maybe alias instead? barely_visible_genitalia/penis/pussy/etc makes sense since they're genitals, which affect the rating of posts no matter how minor they are, and for viewers that are fine with certain things of that nature as long as it's not clearly visible, but having barely_visible_x tags for every potential thing or body part seems like it could get overwhelming fast.

I kind of get it, but I think there's also something to be said about use for excluding posts from searches, possibly?

It also has an alias already, though that doesn't necessarily mean it's a needed tag.

I kinda see the point here, people who are intentionally searching for pawpads are very likely not looking for these images:
