The bulk update request #8197 is active.
create alias vaginal_internal (0) -> internal_vaginal (11173)
create alias anal_internal (0) -> internal_anal (4357)
create alias oral_internal (6) -> internal_oral (2643)
Reason: I think that having these aliases would be somewhat of a QoL improvement, I'm not a native English speaker so I do see why internal_(something) could make much more sense than (something)_internal for native speakers, but I'd also love to know your opinions on this.
