Aliasing 劣尾 → miyawawa

Reason:

Pixiv name and id of the same artist.

I'm not entirely sure where that name comes from. It's definitely their art but 劣尾 transliterates as Retsuo (which is actually the most used tag here right now). There's also their Twitter account lets0020, but it's unused as a tag.

I'm thinking that all of these -> retsuo would probably be the best option, but I'd still like to know where miyawawa came from before I did anything with it.

Retsuo, since that's what the artist is using. No idea about where miyawawa is from... unless that's the artist's real name.

Hmm. I'm going to just manually move those over for now, it doesn't look like anybody is tagging with it anyways. If anybody finds a link between these names I'll approved it but for now this one is denied.

I did however approve both 劣尾 and れつお -> retsuo since the artist also goes by those.
