Good suggestion. Dunno if I'm alone on this, but my brain always thinks "bimbo proportions" whenever I run across this term, so I find it misleading as well.
maybe this should just be aliased to featureless_(disambiguation), along with ken_doll_anatomy.

Reason: these tags are just non-specific tags for characters with some combinations of featureless_* features.
These tags should be aliased to null_crotch or w/e bc im p sure thats what people mean by it

except it's also used for characters with featureless_breasts or featureless_chest without their crotch/genital area visible.
