It's not bugged, there is an artist page with title giru, and if a wiki sees there's a corresponding artist page, it'll link to it. Even if the tag is not in the artists category

Anyway, it's probably better to just make the characterness of this tag explicit. There is already giru_(artist) for the artist.

We don't alias unsuffixed tags to a suffixed version.
