This character tag has a "View artist" button, so something's bugged with it. Anyway, it's probably better to just make the characterness of this tag explicit. There is already giru_(artist) for the artist.

It's not bugged, there is an artist page with title giru, and if a wiki sees there's a corresponding artist page, it'll link to it. Even if the tag is not in the artists category

We don't alias unsuffixed tags to a suffixed version.
