So male_penetrating_anthro has a huge number of mistagged posts, which I am currently clearing out. However, on some posts I am unsure what to do.

What do I tag for disembodied penises? Do I leave them as-is or do I proceed with removal?

Remove them if you can't tell what "form" they are (or if you can tell it's the same form). Technically male_penetrating_anthro and similar shouldn't be used (there's pending BURs to alias them away for being too explosive in number and not useful since other tags can largely handle it), but in the mean time, they're supposed to be for mixed-form pairings. In this case, a non-anthro male penetrating an anthro. If it's a simple disembodied penis penetrating that you can't tell is non-anthro, male_penetrating_anthro shouldn't be tagged.
