Reason: From kemonozuki825's artist page, it says he has another name of "shoshinsha", and "shoshinsha" is bugurugu's skeb account ID.
Also, bugurugu's Twitter has the same image posted(and with more variation), for example versus post #3640744.
So I assume that bugurugu is kemonozuki825's new artist name.
