Yea, better. 'Orgasm from oral' made me think that the one receiving is having an orgasm, had to check the wiki for this to click. oral_orgasm could also be misunderstood, but looks like anal_orgasm is clean. Should work out.

uhh... yeah, but also-- I dunno... oral orgasm (and other similar stuff) kinda feels _more_ "hands-free". feels like there should be a "hands-freer", almost.

I'd say yes. The point of the tags is to indicate a character cumming from anal/oral stimulation, rather than merely during anal/oral stimulation. So if there can also be direct penile stimulation, the character isn't strictly cumming from anal/oral stimulation, and the tags shouldn't apply.

This is what I was thinking. Anal/oral penetration tags already exist that cover that kind of stimulation, and cum_while_penetrated can be used for any case where the penetrated character orgasms regardless of whether or not it's hands-free or due to exclusively anal or oral stimulation.

Side note: while we're at it, cum_while_penetrated should probably be changed to orgasm_while_penetrated so as to cover female/andromorph orgasms as well, no?

I guess because anal can provide direct sexual stimulation while oral does not... perhaps there could be an entirely different tag for that, which also implies hands-free? No idea what to call it, though.
At least in real-life, as far as I know, this kind of orgasm is basically only possible through what you might call psychological stimulation, which is even possible in the absence of any stimulation.

There is spontaneous_ejaculation for a character ejaculating without apparent stimulation.

Although I'm not sure I like the idea of it including stimulation, even if it excludes genital stimulation (e.g. the lips), as that seems to be straying from what makes the tag interesting.

I get what you mean. Ants is in this sort of grey area where it's sometimes counted as part of the genitalia extended group. For example, the opening sentence of

oral:
A character stimulating genitals using their mouth (including the anus).
