change category cumporeon (0) -> copyright

Reason: i'm torn between aliasing to vaporeon/cum creature or turning it to category because it's technically a meme. we don't need hybrids between thousand of pokemon and certain objects, but this is decently popular meme subject of vaporeon variant so this is a preferable option

I don't think cum_creature is appropriate because plenty of depictions are just a white vaporeon that don't look like cum. It only makes sense to move it to copyright if it also implies meme, otherwise it should be aliased away to vaporeon.

I feel like part of this tag's problem is that it's overly specific, any character with a semi-permeable body could have its coloration changed in a similar manner. I'm not exactly sure what I'd name the tag, though, cum_colored seems a bit too broad... cum_saturation? cum_absorbtion is used on a few of these posts but only when its actively showing the absorbtion happening, rather than just "suspiciously-white body".
