Reason: Considering mpreg is the generally used 'slang' for male pregnancy, it's not surprising that mistags have occurred in the past .
Even as I write this, there are a few posts that are tagged despite not having any involvement from the artist, but do contain male pregnancy.

This BUR updates the artist tag to use their more common handle LuzonFA, as FurAffinity is the only place they use the handle m-preg.

The only question.. should m-preg be aliased to luzonfa or pregnant_male?

I'm partial to just changing its category to invalid or disambiguating it (there's male_impregnation, pregnant_male, and of course the artist)
