Reason: These pred/prey size tags are relational. It does not make sense that larger_pred -smaller_prey is a non-empty search, much less one with 16 pages.

The first two should be aliases, not implications. Larger prey means smaller pred, having both tags is redundant.
A bidirectional implication should always be an alias (is a circular implication even possible? That seems like it would break something, since the tag is then implying itself).

I changed the BUR to set the prey size tags as aliases of the pred size tags.
